From a business perspective, I bring to the transaction a wealth of knowledge. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant and have been in the real estate industry since 1990. I have worked in the subdivision and new home construction fields, resale homes, investment properties, tax free exchanges, and sales of businesses.
